Get your Wallu account configured and ready to use.
Creating Your Account
- Visit wallu.ai/register
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile
Organization Settings
After creating your account, configure your organization:
- Organization Name: Your company or project name
- Timezone: For scheduling and analytics
- Default Language: Primary language for AI responses
Team Members
Invite team members to collaborate:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation email
Roles

Security
Enable two-factor authentication for added security:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code

Voice AI Minutes
Voice AI minutes are tracked separately from AI response credits. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of voice minutes that reset on your billing date. When minutes are exhausted, Voice AI is automatically disabled until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

When am I charged?
Monthly on your signup date, or annually with 20% discount.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes are prorated.
